# Creating clump in PFC

Hello everyone,
I am asking about the way to create clump using Python. I searched a lot in the documentation but doesn’t seem to find something to create clump using python. Is there is something I didn’t notice to figure it out. Appreciate your help. Thank you,

Hello Ahmed,
I think in this case I would just use the `itasca.command()` function to make the clump template and clumps. If you would like and example of generating clumps, I would point you [here](http://docs.itascacg.com/flac3d700/pfc/docproject/source/manual/examples/tutorials/clumps_in_a_box/clumps_in_a_box.html?node6253).
The clump generation can be done inside the `itasca.command()` Python function. Then, I’d imagine you can use additional Python functionality in your model.
