Hi

The goal of this model is to calculate settlement resulting from water table drawdown. I based it on the “One-Dimensional Consolidation Considering Secondary Compression” example from the manual, with a simple modification: I lowered the water table every 500 cycles.

Unfortunately, the program freezes around cycle 9829 without displaying any error message or warning.

Could you please take a look at the model and help identify the issue?

The script for this model is attached to this message, and for reference, I’m using FLAC3D Version 7.00.156.

Thank you!
