may i now hat is the problem in ooject or geometry when importing showing some figure

Geometry in the stl-file is messed up. Lots of overlapping faces etc.

@ShivamPandey, it appears that there are overlaying faces throughout the STL object. In Rhino, (1) explode the object, (2) start deleting everything except for one side of the slope and a face that’s the thickness of the slope near the toe. Make sure that you don’t have any duplicate faces anywhere. (3) Select the slope side outline and use the ExtractMeshEdges command and now (4) delete the existing faces along the side profile. (5) Do the same for the remaining face representing the slope thickness - extract edges, delete face. (6) Delete all but one of the edges from that face which is at the toe of the slope. Next (7), Join all the edges of the side profile (excluding the thickness edge) into a single object. You should now have something that looks like this:
Use the ExtrudeCrvAlongCrv command to extrude the side profile along the thickness edge. Then issue the command Cap to make the object watertight and you should have something like this:

Now you can mesh this object and use Griddle as normal to generate a 3D mesh.

For 2D, just keep the profile outline after you’ve Joined all the edges. Export that as a DXF. Then simply import this DXF into the FLAC2D using Sketch and the automatic meshing tools.
