Applying Distributed Load on Wall Facing in FLAC3D

I’m currently working on applying distributed (external) loading to a wall facing in FLAC3D v9, and I’m a bit unsure about the correct approach.

Could anyone guide me on how to properly apply this type of loading to the wall face? If there are any example problems, references, or general guidelines, I would really appreciate it.

Any advice or suggestions would be very helpful.

Thank you for your response. However, my issue is that the distributed (external) load I need to apply is not uniform along the wall depth; instead, it varies with depth.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to properly implement this type of loading. Are there any example problems, references, or guidelines where a non-uniform distributed load is applied along the wall height/depth? Any suggestion would be very helpful
