I want to ask you how could I have get screenshots of various stresses, velocity or strains while cycling and have these screenshots at different required time instants. I am using PFC3D v6.0. Your help is deeply appreciated. Thank you.

You can create images of plots in PFC by selecting the Movie option in Tools > Options, shown here:
Here you can select which plot to generate images from and the frequency at which the images are produced (Movie Interval). While cycling, the images will be saved in your working directory.
