I am facing an error that keep showing when trying to import external package written using Cython inside PFC3D simulation, and it shows system exception error and forced shutdown. Here is attached screenshot of the error I had. Is there something I need to do to get away from this annoying error. The main idea is to link the external python package inside PFC and I read Plug-ins are compiled as DLL (dynamic link library) files, however, I don’t find anything about the errorlog and dmp files created with running the simulation. I would appreciate deeply any help. Thank you.

It’s difficult to say why this error occurs without reproducing the error. I think your best option would be to your project files that create this error to PFCsupport@itascacg.com. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
