3DEC range state

I was just trying to hide blocks that have zones of a certain state. The manual suggests the range command should take a “state” argument, but I’m getting a bad conversion error with “state” not listed as an expected token.

Am I missing something, or is there a conflict here as the state is assigned to the zone, not the block?

I’m running v 7.00.153.

It looks like the “state” range was set up for FLAC3D and we never did it in 3DEC (I think you are the first person to ask for this!). I’ll see if I can get it working. In the short term, I guess you can assign group names or extra variables to the zones according to state using FISH …
