Assistance Required for Specifying FLAC3D Web License on HPC Cluster

Hello everyone,

I am reaching out for assistance with specifying the license for FLAC3D on an HPC cluster. I am using a Singularity container derived from an image that includes FLAC3D and all its dependencies. However, when I attempt to run a simulation, I encounter the error: “No license found.”

If anyone has experience with this setup or suggestions for resolving the issue, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your advice!

Best regards,
Umer Fiaz.

I have an addition here,
System is Ubuntu 20
The issue is a distributed computing system
Master node has network access but slurm job runs on compute nodes without network access
Itasca support is willing to give us Node locked file for the Master node but we need the fingerprint
HPC cluster admin says MAC address will work but the Support team sent a .msi file for License key generation which will not run on linux. How to generate the License key fingerprint and allow the compute nodes to connect to cloudfront license server over the local network forwarding to master node, any more information needed please ask. Research work is pending because of this hurdle.
