Clump ring from stl file

Dear users,
I am trying to create a clump ring as used by the publication Li et al. (2020). I have created the ring as a .stl file.
I would now like to create a clump ring from this imported .stl file. The clump ring should like the figure below:

How can such a clump template be created in PFC 3D? Could you please help?

I think you have to create geometery and use the clump command to distribute.
I am also new it might be wrong.
