Get the damped and total released energy in 3dec for Rigid blocks

Hi!

I have seen that 3dec can track the released and damped energy at each timestep, but it seems the feature is only available for deformable blocks. How can I do that for the rigid blocks formulation?

Good question. It is theoretically tracking energies for rigid blocks (well, the joints), but it seems to always return values close to 0. We will have to investigate.
