Hi, I am wondering how I can solve this problem. The windows version is Windows Server 2012 R2 and the pfc version is 6.00.30. Is it too old for the PFC6.0?

That would be my initial guess. If possible try running PFC 6.0 on Windows 10 or 11. If you don’t have access to those OS’s try updating your graphics drivers.
