We’ve been experiencing some very long saving times when saving a stage within flac3d v6 (6.00.74) in a network drive. (~10 GB .sav takes like 1 hour to save)
The restoration time of the same .sav file is normal (couple of minutes).
When we save the same file in a local drive, the saving times are normal(ish) at around 20 min.
When using flac v7 the saving and restoration processes are way faster. a few minutes for both.
Is this a known issue for v6?

My guess is there were updates in v7 to save in restore. v6 and v7 are no longer in active support/development.
Check if the save and result files are being compressed by default. In v9 there is an option under “General” settings. The compress and nocompress keywords can be used with the model save command in v7. Not sure about the options in v6. Compression and decompression on a network drive is not advisable. Rather save locally and then upload to the network, or save uncompressed if possible.
