Hi!
If you have time to dive into a bit of coding, you can use coupling softwares (such as preCICE, mentioned in this commit) or do the implementation yourself using coupling strategies such as in Yeckel et al, 2009.
The trickier part is the implementation of the interfaces to the Itasca softwares.
