is there any built-in function in FLAC/FLAC2D/3D that calculates shear induced pore pressure due to construction loading? As far as my knowledge, when you apply construction loading to an existing embankment (for example: staged construction), the excess pore-pressure that is generated will be due to B-bar effect as well as shear, how do we determine how much of the generated excess pore-pressure is due to total stress and how much is due to induced shear stress? Any suggestion or help is appreciated.
